Kathryn Swords is a highly qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a Diploma in Remedial Massage since 2010.

  • Kathryn offers a holistic and integrative treatment with a range of techniques including Deep tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Dry Needling, Cupping, Myofascial Release, Pregnancy and Relaxation.

    For the past 13 years Kathryn has run her own Remedial Massage business both in Australia and working overseas mainly with surfers throughout Europe and Morocco. As well as working in clinics from the central coast to the northern rivers along side Acupuncturists, Osteopaths, Myotherapists and Kinesiologists.
